Business Development Manager The Commercial Agency, Stratopolis

Job description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and developing new business opportunities in the Belgian market. Your main goal is to build a solid B2B client base of companies interested in strengthening their existing sales team with external sales professionals. You will work closely with the management team to develop strategies that promote company growth and ensure a continuous flow of new clients.

Scope

  • You identify potential clients and market opportunities within the Belgian market. You develop a prospecting plan and proactively approach potential clients through various channels, including telephone acquisition, email campaigns, networking events, and personal meetings.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to fully understand their needs and expectations. You present the STRATOPOLIS services to potential clients and convince them of the added value of our sales solutions.
  • You negotiate contract terms and rates to close profitable deals.
  • You identify and understand market trends and conduct competitive analyses to strengthen the company's competitive position.
  • You report to management on the progress of the sales process and achievement of set goals.
     

Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • You have a demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment and selection or sales sector.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You have a strong commercial mindset and you are results-oriented. You communicate clearly, efficiently, and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • You are well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You possess a compelling drive for business development and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Belgian labor market and business landscape is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
